Growing up, I watched businesses around me, some of them run by people I knew close their doors. Not because the owners were not hard-working.
Not because the market wasn't there. But because no one could see what was actually happening inside the business until it was too late.
That stayed with me. I studied Applied Statistics because I believed data could be the early warning system that leaders needed, the thing that tells you where the cracks are before they become collapses.

The business was growing but operating blind. Sales data and financial records existed in silos, disconnected from the leaders who needed them. Revenue-sharing partners had no visibility into what they'd earned, creating friction and eroding trust. Decisions were being made on gut feel, not evidence.
I designed structured income tracking templates that made revenue data accurate, accessible, and verifiable for all stakeholders. I built KPI dashboards giving leadership a real-time view of sales, project progress, and financial health. I also ran regular reconciliations across 50+ monthly payments to keep the data clean and audit-ready.
Partner disputes dropped to zero. Leadership gained a structured quarterly review process grounded in evidence. Audit readiness improved significantly, the business could face an internal review without scrambling for documentation. Data that once created friction now created confidence.

The contractor training programme had commercial potential but was consistently underdelivering. Recruitment was inconsistent. Training sessions ran below capacity. Post-training processes such as certificates, CPD points, client support were fragmented and slow. There was no single owner of the process, and that gap was costing the business real revenue.
I took end-to-end ownership. I led a team of two in a structured multi-channel outreach campaign (email, SMS, cold calling) to build a consistent recruitment pipeline. I introduced defined stages and tracking at every step of the training lifecycle; from recruitment through certification. Every part of the process had a clear owner, clear timeline, and clear output.
Training revenue grew 200% year-over-year. Sessions ran at full capacity. Client complaints dropped from 8 to 0. Every contractor crossed the finish line fully certified and supported. The systems I put in place meant the programme could scale and keep scaling without breaking down at any stage.
